They won't show up in VMR and therefore won't load into RAM/get checked by the iLok. Then run the VMR Complete installer, choose Custom installation (click Full installation to pop up the drop down menu) on the second page and uncheck the boxes for the individual rack plugins that you don't want. If you don't it will give error messages that the version is mismatched inside of the plugin.
